As a former nonprofit executive director, I know what it feels like to carry the weight of a mission, navigate difficult decisions, and hold space for everyone else while wondering where your own support is. Having walked that path myself, I now partner with nonprofit executives, mission-driven leaders, and culture-makers to help them lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact—because sustainable impact starts with sustainable leadership.
